		<description>In my opinion, if you only talk to your &quot;Church&quot; peers, then of course you are going to be stuck in a &quot;Church Box&quot;. It&#039;s when you get opinions outside of that peer group, and listen to what others say, then using your own knowledge to decipher, what is right and wrong for your ministry.</description>

		<description>I find that I have to get in front of parents every weekend to talk about the practical impact our weekly event has on their child.  If the hour they spend in LifeKIDS doesn&#039;t instigate conversation later in the week then I&#039;ve missed my mark.</description>
